Burger Manufacturing Company, Builth Wells
BV Burger manufacturing company in Builth Wells were awarded funding to build a new manufacturing plant and Projectlink were the selected contractor for this project. Culm Cooling working closely with Projectlink designed and built the Refrigeration, Electrical, Plumbing and Ventilation systems.
Culm Cooling designed supplied and installed all aspects of the M&E fit out to include:
- Designed and installed the Refrigeration fit out to include
- 4 x Large Blast-freezers
- 1 x Large holding freezer
- 1 x Large chilled production area
- 1 x Chilled loading area
- Air conditioning to all office areas
Designed and installed full Electrical fit out to include
- Main incoming panel
- All mains power to distribution board
- All LED lighting
- All power supplies to refrigeration & Air conditioning
- All data and comms wiring
Designed and installed full plumbing to include
- All mains cold water supplies
- All pressurized hot water tank and supplies
- All Stainless-steel water basins and foot washes
- Full compressed air system
- All sanitary ware
- All waste water pipework
Designed and installed all Ventilation systems
- Supply and extract of ventilation to offices
- Supply and extract to main production area
